The Friends of the Wellfleet Library
The Friends of the Wellfleet Libraries was founded in 1968 with the stated purpose of establishing an organization dedicated to enhancing the cultural life of the community; stimulating the use of library resources and services; encouraging gifts, endowments and bequests; developing library facilities; and supporting the freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights. Our main sources of income are members' contributions, bequests, donations, the annual summer book fairs, and the summer Distinguished Speaker Programs. Donations of your used books are also greatly appreciated.
